About the Opportunity

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join its team in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern region. This is a full-time position dedicated to supporting the company's growing talent needs and ensuring a robust recruitment pipeline.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful offer management. This role requires a professional who can effectively identify, attract, and assess candidates, contributing significantly to the company's strategic hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for various roles.
• Perform effective candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Efficiently manage multiple vacancies and prioritize recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct offer negotiations and manage the offer process.
• Apply recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
