Role Overview

Fresha is seeking a Sales Specialist Account Growth to join its global business in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves building relationships and driving the monetization of the Fresha platform. The Sales Specialist will report directly to the Account Manager Team Lead and is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are seeking a role in a dynamic environment, value autonomy, and aim to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet key performance indicators related to monetization and revenue growth by engaging with and educating Partners on the Fresha platform's value.
• Introduce, educate, and convert Partners to Fresha’s payment solutions.
• Optimize listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
• Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of Partner accounts, assisting them with product adoption.
• Advise Partners on suitable product selections based on their specific needs.
• Maintain a strong Partner experience through relationship building, including video meetings to communicate Fresha features and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth Partner transitions.
• Provide product feedback to Product teams to support future enhancements.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the Fresha Platform.

Work Environment and Application Process

Fresha fosters a collaborative environment where all employees work from the office five days per week to support face-to-face interactions and teamwork. The interview process includes a 30-minute screen call with the Talent Team, a 45-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 75-minute presentation with the Hiring Team. The aim is to complete the process and provide feedback within two weeks. All applications are reviewed manually, with efforts to assess them within seven days.
