Job Summary

Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role involves managing and executing end-to-end payroll operations for all club employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing. The specialist will ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements, company policies, and internal controls. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll processing for Saudi nationals and expatriate employees.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, commissions, incentives, salary adjustments, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations.
  • Process final settlements and employee exit payments in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within approved schedules and deadlines, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law, WPS, GOSI requirements, Mudad, ZATCA, and company policies.
  • Administer GOSI registrations, updates, and monthly contribution reconciliations.
  • Prepare payroll-related documentation for internal and external audits and monitor payroll practices for risk mitigation.
  • Support the administration of salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, allowances, and compensation adjustments.
  • Manage payroll-related benefits administration, including housing, transportation, education allowances, and insurance deductions.
  • Reconcile payroll reports against HR and Finance records and prepare various payroll and management information reports.
  • Maintain payroll master data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information, and support system upgrades and automation initiatives.
  • Respond to payroll-related enquiries, resolve employee issues, and provide necessary payroll support and explanations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Payroll certification or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience.
  • Proven experience managing payroll processes within Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with GOSI, Mudad, Wage Protection System (WPS), and Saudi Labour Law requirements.
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems such as Zoho Payroll, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and reconciliation activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves collaboration with HR Operations, Government Relations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve payroll matters and ensure smooth operations.
