Senior Sales Representative

About the Role

GCC Olayan is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on selling GCC Concrete equipment products and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to sell GCC Concrete equipment products and engage with both current and prospective customers. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for fulfilling customer requirements with a high level of professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the customer portfolio by identifying new customers and sales opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business objectives.
• Follow up with customers on a regular basis to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Build, develop, and maintain customer satisfaction through consistent visits and telephone calls.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales Division to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Increase market share within the assigned sales region.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Report sales activities in a timely manner to the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and satisfaction.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. The role involves regular interaction with customers and internal teams, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
