About the Role

Nesma & Partners is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead and implement the company's sustainability strategy across construction projects and operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and is open to Saudi Nationals. The role requires a professional with strong leadership experience and expertise in environmental management within the EPC or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, plans, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Translate sustainability strategies into effective departmental operational plans.
Assess environmental, social, and economic impacts across construction projects and operations.
Oversee green building certifications and sustainability compliance initiatives.
Lead and develop the Sustainability Department, including performance management, talent development, and team engagement.
Manage departmental budgeting and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant HSSE regulations, sustainability standards, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with internal departments, technical experts, and key stakeholders to achieve sustainability objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sustainability management.
Proven expertise in environmental management.
Background in the EPC or construction industry.
Strong leadership capabilities.
This position is open to Saudi Nationals.
