Role Summary: Contract Administrator

ENGIE Solutions Middle East is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to managing contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining precise records. The Administrator will coordinate with various internal departments and clients, supporting commercial activities to mitigate contractual risks and optimize operational efficiency. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and administer client contracts, service agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and subcontract agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract registers and ensure all contractual documentation is accurately filed and controlled.
  • Monitor contract milestones, expiry dates, renewal processes, and deliverables.
  • Prepare contract correspondence, including notices, variation orders, claims, and amendments.
  • Generate contractual reports for management to support decision-making.

Contractual Oversight and Risk Management

  • Review tender and contract documents thoroughly to identify potential commercial and contractual risks.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and all client contractual requirements.
  • Support commercial negotiations during both the tendering and post-award stages of projects.
  • Assist in the resolution of disputes and provide contractual clarification to clients as needed.

Inter-departmental Coordination

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating closely with various internal departments, including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, to ensure all contractual obligations are met. This collaborative approach is essential for maintaining seamless contract administration and supporting overall business objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. A strong understanding of contract lifecycles, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies is essential for success in this role.
