About the Role

Sanabel Technology Solutions is seeking an enterprising and results-driven Business Manager to lead and expand its IT sector operations in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, autonomous role places full responsibility for business acquisition and market penetration on the successful candidate. The primary objective is to identify, negotiate, and secure new IT project contracts across software development, UI/UX design, infrastructure solutions, and IT consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new B2B and B2C IT project opportunities within the local small-to-medium enterprise (SME) segment.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, utilizing cold outreach, professional networking, and inbound lead optimization to close deals.
Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive commercial proposals, quotations, and formal RFP responses.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local business owners and key corporate stakeholders.
Monitor local market trends to identify emerging commercial opportunities within the broader Saudi IT landscape, excluding cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a distinct advantage.
Proven track record of successful business development or account management within the Saudi Arabian IT market, with over 10 years of experience.
Strong commercial understanding of IT services, including custom software, UI/UX design, and technical consulting.
Proficiency in client acquisition, corporate networking, and formal proposal drafting.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
