About the Role

Tasheel Finance is seeking a Collection Team Leader to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily collection activities, driving team performance, and ensuring collection targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve financial and productivity targets.
Monitor daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
Track team performance and ensure collection targets and KPIs are met.
Review collection reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SAMA guidelines.
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve overall performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth collection operations.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and collection activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Saudi nationality is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections.
Experience with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) is required.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of collection processes and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, focusing on managing and developing a collections team within the financial services sector.
