Role Summary: Commercial Lead Intervention Services

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Commercial Lead for Intervention Services to join the team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior commercial role focused on developing and expanding Hydratight’s Intervention Services across the MENA region, with a primary emphasis on leak sealing and related intervention solutions. The position also supports the commercial development of Pipeline and Process Services and project opportunities, mainly within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The Commercial Lead will drive new business development, customer engagement, opportunity management, and pipeline growth. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales, operations, engineering, estimating, and technical teams to translate Hydratight’s technical capabilities into commercially viable customer propositions. Candidates should possess a strong service-led commercial background and understanding of how complex technical services are sold, contracted, negotiated, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial development and growth of Intervention Services, focusing on leak sealing, across the MENA region.
  • Support the development of Pipeline and Process Services and project opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Develop and execute customer and market strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Hydratight’s services.
  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of new business and account development opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities across leak sealing, hot tapping, line stopping, pipe freezing, and other relevant services.
  • Develop relationships with key customers, including Saudi Aramco, EPC contractors, operators, and major industrial organizations.
  • Engage customer stakeholders at various levels, including commercial, procurement, technical, maintenance, and operational contacts.
  • Establish early engagement with customers to understand upcoming maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, asset integrity, and project requirements.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for service and project opportunities, collaborating with technical and operational teams to develop proposals.
  • Coordinate commercial input for tenders and complex bids, including scope, pricing, contractual terms, and negotiation planning.
  • Lead customer negotiations and support contract development, ensuring clear understanding of scope, obligations, risks, and commercial requirements.
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
  • Work with operations to align customer commitments with delivery capability and resource requirements.
  • Provide commercial leadership and coaching to regional sales teams.
  • Contribute to the development of Hydratight’s service offering by identifying customer needs and market gaps.
  • Ensure all commercial activity adheres to company policies, customer requirements, and HSEQ standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within a service-led industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell, contract, negotiate, and deliver complex technical services.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia and developing relationships with Saudi Aramco, EPC contractors, operators, and major industrial customers is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience selling Intervention Services, Pipeline and Process Services, or comparable industrial services is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to build relationships at senior levels, identify new opportunities, navigate complex contracts, and influence across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
  • A seasoned, commercially confident, and self-directed professional approach.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a global environment where safety, technical expertise, and collaboration are central to work delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to supporting critical infrastructure and operations, engaging in complex, high-impact projects across multiple industries.
