About the Role

Dar wa Emaar is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and implementing integrated communication plans that align with the company's business objectives and enhance its overall brand presence. The specialist will ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and support various communication initiatives, both internal and external.

Corporate Communication Strategy Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated communication plans aligned with business objectives.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and platforms.
Support executive communications, including speeches, talking points, and presentations.

External Communications and Public Relations

Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media outlets.
Promote company projects, launches, partnerships, and milestones.

Internal Communications and Brand Management

Create and deliver internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Draft internal announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages.
Support change management communication efforts across departments.
Monitor public perception and media coverage of the company.
Support crisis communication planning and execution when required.
Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines across all materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the real estate, development, or investment sectors.
Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
