Dar wa Emaar is seeking a Creative Copywriter to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is dedicated to developing compelling content for various communication channels within the real estate and property development sectors. The role requires a professional who can craft clear and persuasive messaging to support marketing and sales objectives.

The Creative Copywriter Role

The Creative Copywriter is responsible for generating engaging and impactful written content across multiple platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication strategies. The primary objective is to produce high-quality copy that resonates with target audiences and supports project launches and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and persuasive copy for residential project campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and sales materials.
• Write engaging website content, landing pages, project descriptions, and property listings.
• Produce scripts for promotional videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, customer communications, and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor messaging to produce relevant and impactful content.
• Support project launches by creating compelling storytelling and campaign messaging.
• Assist in developing employer branding and internal communication content when required.
• Maintain consistency across all communication channels while adapting messaging for different target audiences.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or in a similar role.
• Experience within the real estate, property development, construction, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The Creative Copywriter will operate within a collaborative environment, working closely with various departments to achieve marketing and communication objectives.
