The Digital Trainee Role

Worley is seeking a Digital Trainee to join the team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is designed for individuals with limited experience who are eager to contribute to digital transformation initiatives. The role involves supporting the integration and optimization of digital solutions across various projects and business operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools, platforms, and technologies across projects and business operations.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing project and operational data to generate insights and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital optimization.
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist with data quality management, governance, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide user support and training for digital systems and applications as required.
• Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Required Experience
