ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Director Digital Transformation & Innovation to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within industrial and manufacturing environments.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The Director, Digital Transformation & Innovation is responsible for defining and leading the organization's enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy. This role aims to accelerate business growth, operational excellence, manufacturing competitiveness, and innovation. It provides strategic leadership across Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Digital Project Management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and Industry & initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise Digital Transformation and Innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
• Establish the digital transformation roadmap and governance framework, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value, operational excellence, and return on investment.
• Lead the digitalization of manufacturing and corporate functions by promoting Industry technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Partner with Executive Management and Business Leaders to identify strategic digital opportunities that improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and competitiveness.
• Oversee the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve defined business outcomes and performance targets.
• Drive enterprise-wide process optimization through digital technologies, automation, and standardized business processes across all functions.
• Promote a culture of innovation by identifying emerging technologies, evaluating new digital solutions, and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and industry experts to accelerate innovation and adopt global best practices.
• Ensure digital initiatives comply with cybersecurity standards, information security policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing managers and multidisciplinary digital teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.
• Manage the Digital Transformation budget, technology investments, and resource allocation to ensure effective utilization and sustainable business value.
• Define and monitor Digital Transformation KPIs, digital maturity metrics, and ROI realization to regularly report progress and strategic outcomes to Executive Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience demonstrating expertise with industrial systems, manufacturing technologies, and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing applications, manufacturing digitalization programs, and industrial systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Transformation Strategy, specifically in alignment with manufacturing strategy, and a successful record of related project deployments.
• Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with Plant and Manufacturing leadership, for developing and delivering digital demands and fulfillment.
• Experience in OT systems environments and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing systems automation, cybersecurity needs, and integrations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The role operates within a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment, requiring a strategic yet hands-on approach to leading digital initiatives across various functions.
