The Role of Front Desk Officer

Fast Fit EMS is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience within the facility. The role is integral to maintaining efficient operations and high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to their desired location within the facility.
• Provide basic information regarding products or services and address client inquiries.
• Route incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle simple phone inquiries.
• Address client complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution or escalation to the relevant personnel.
• Organize and manage schedules for pre-booked appointments to prevent overlaps.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to services or products offered.
• Offer additional assistance to clients, such as guiding them around the facility or advising on product choices.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through polite and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
