About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves guiding guests throughout their stay by providing a wide range of services and ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and providing a broad spectrum of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Addressing operational needs and responding to guest requests promptly.
• Preparing reports and sharing information about local points of interest.
• Ensuring that all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Meeting quality standards and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
• Executing all assigned tasks with precision to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• Licenses or Certifications: None required.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic hotel environment, requiring active engagement with guests and colleagues. The position involves being on your feet and moving frequently, including standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, and performing tasks that require physical effort such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 pounds ( kg).
