Centro Corniche is seeking a Head Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is for professionals who are committed to delivering high standards of guest service within the hospitality sector.

Role Overview

As a Head Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations and ensuring a professional, customer-focused service. Your primary objective will be to contribute to a memorable experience for our guests through meticulous attention to detail and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Attendants, maintaining a consistent presence on the floors to monitor operations.
• Inspect and ensure the proper maintenance, cleaning, and correct storage of all equipment used by the housekeeping team.
• Oversee the correct and economical use of cleaning agents, ensuring their safe storage and prompt reporting and follow-up on all day-to-day maintenance issues.
• Ensure that all vacuuming, polishing, carpet care, and general cleaning tasks are executed professionally and in accordance with established schedules and standards.
• Implement training programs for all team members, ensuring they fully understand their role's purpose and the required service standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services provided by the Housekeeping department.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably within a hotel or similar hospitality environment. A proven ability to manage teams and uphold service standards is essential.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
