About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee all functions related to maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hotel premises.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes managing the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas. The manager will also be responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all functions related to the cleanliness of guest rooms.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas within the hotel.
• Ensure the cleanliness of back-of-house areas, excluding kitchen facilities.
• Direct and supervise the hotel's laundry operation, including linen management.
• Manage the dry-cleaning services for hotel uniforms and guest laundry.
• Implement and maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all managed areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and laundry operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
