About Tecnicas Reunidas Saudi Arabia

Tecnicas Reunidas Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Administrator (Qiwa & GOSI Specialist) to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is central to managing employee-related transactions and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The Role of HR Administrator (Qiwa & GOSI Specialist)

The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all employee-related transactions across various government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad. This role ensures full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, and company policies. The specialist will support broader HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, contract management, and regulatory adherence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, through the Qiwa platform.
  • Process employee transfers, profession changes, and work permit-related transactions.
  • Register new employees with GOSI and update employee records, salaries, and employment status.
  • Process employee additions, deletions, and end-of-service updates within GOSI, ensuring accurate monthly contributions and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on Saudi Labor Law and company policies, ensuring employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and employee benefits comply with legal requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee digital and physical files.
  • Prepare essential employment letters, salary certificates, and experience certificates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records, coordinating with Payroll to ensure data accuracy.

Government Platform Management

  • Manage and process transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant government portals.
  • Liaise with Public Relations Officers (PRO) and government authorities as required.
  • Ensure all employee records remain updated and consistent across various government systems.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Qiwa regulations and labor requirements, supporting Saudization compliance and workforce planning activities.
  • Support labor inspections and government audits.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR administration, with a strong focus on Qiwa and GOSI processes and Saudi Labor Law compliance.

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, operating within a professional HR team dedicated to maintaining high standards of compliance and employee support.
