About the Opportunity

Nada, a prominent company in the Eastern region, is seeking an HR Administrator (Tamheer) to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within human resources operations.

Role Overview

The HR Administrator (Tamheer) will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, focusing on various administrative tasks related to payroll, employee relations, and general HR processes. This position is designed to offer practical experience and contribute to the efficient functioning of HR services within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll for employees across GCC countries and Iraq.
  • Handle and process separate payments as required.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and inquiries.
  • Manage tasks related to casual labor, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Process bank loan letters for employees.
  • Support KSA payroll, vacation management, and End of Service (EOS) processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative field.
  • Enrollment or eligibility for the Tamheer program is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
