Role Overview

Halliburton is seeking an HR31-ESG-HR Specialist II for a full-time position based in Al Qatif and Al Khobar. This role supports the effective operation and improvement of HR processes under general supervision, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services, programs, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources, and execute HR programs and projects.
Develop subject matter expertise in one or more HR disciplines, such as Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
Support the efficient delivery of processes, programs, and policies through the application of specialized knowledge, skills, analysis, and business acumen.
Manage HR data reporting to generate meaningful recommendations and actions for improving overall HR service delivery.
Advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices, as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, with 2-5 years preferred.
A Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
