About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves providing essential support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic support for the installation of building systems and equipment.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of various building systems.
• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes.
• Implement minor changes to systems as required.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• An Associate's Degree or Technical Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is suggested, with a range of 2-5 years of experience.
• Specialized knowledge in specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas is essential.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to deliver output following broad frameworks or standards, with some impact on the job area.
• Capability to deliver output according to specific operational targets.
• Aptitude for addressing problems and issues generally falling within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
• Application of knowledge is focused and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.

Work Environment

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others. The position is based in Al Khobar and operates on a full-time schedule.
