Inside Sales Engineer Industrial Air Division

About the Role

Atlas Copco is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for the Industrial Air Division. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, and involves maintaining customer relationships and driving sales within the assigned territory. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers through an effective visit plan to achieve business goals and maximize sales across the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and volume by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with new and existing customers, including key decision-makers, to increase market share and company presence.
• Prepare and manage technical proposals and bid submissions, including calculating sales prices, preparing bid documentation, completing technical data sheets, and conducting necessary follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the business line manager and product marketing teams to deliver tailored, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Provide accurate technical support and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the aftermarket team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing relevant market insights to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain a professional image and actively contribute to strengthening the division’s brand presence.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of the CRM system, including records of visits, correspondence, quotations, and orders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales engineering role, preferably within the industrial air or related sector. A strong technical background is essential for preparing proposals and providing customer support.
