Laundry & Kitchen Technician

About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is seeking a Laundry & Kitchen Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves supporting the Engineering Department to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all other departments within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the operational efficiency of the Engineering Department.
• Provide technical support to ensure the proper functioning of laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with other operating departments to address their engineering needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Laundry & Kitchen Technician in a hotel setting is required.
• Alternatively, 4 years of experience in a similar large building, commercial facility, hospital, or industrial complex with commercial laundry and kitchen equipment will be considered.
• Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Laundry Equipment, Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, or a related trade is desirable.

Work Environment

The role is based in Al Khobar and is a full-time position within the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar hotel. The technician will work as part of the Engineering Department, providing essential support across various operational areas.
