About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel property, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members.

Role Purpose

The Kitchen & Laundry Technician contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, are well-maintained and operational. This position involves responding to service requests and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel's standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance across various areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.

Qualifications and Experience
