Musanadah Electrical Technician

About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking an Electrical Technician for Musanadah, their integrated Facilities Management services arm. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across client facilities, ensuring their safety, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance on various electrical systems, including distribution boards, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), control panels, lighting, and power circuits.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently using standard test equipment to minimize system downtime.
• Maintain and test standby generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, and battery systems to ensure continuous backup power readiness.
• Install and terminate cables, wiring, and fittings in adherence to the Saudi Building Code and IEC standards.
• Respond to work orders within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accurately log activities and defects within the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, while consistently following permit-to-work and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within a facilities management context.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, focusing on providing integrated Facilities Management services to clients through Musanadah.
