About the Role

Sumou Investment is seeking a Performance Marketing / Paid Media Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on performance-driven digital campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee campaign budgets and optimize performance to achieve objectives.
• Drive qualified lead generation and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
• Manage campaign tracking using tools like GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing across various elements including audiences, creatives, and campaign formats.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support media planning and budget allocation processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in paid media management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn advertising is preferred.
• Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and digital analytics principles.
• Experience in the real estate, luxury, hospitality, or premium brands sectors is preferred.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market dynamics.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication is preferred.
