Ion Exchange India, a recognized leader in water and environmental solutions, is seeking a Project Manager Water Solutions to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and focuses on the successful execution of water treatment projects across Saudi Arabia.

The Role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and turnkey water treatment projects. This role involves managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives, ensuring project objectives are met through effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from project kick-off through commissioning, performance testing, and final handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, logistics, and vendor performance.
• Review multidisciplinary engineering deliverables and identify project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Saudi regulations, and company quality standards.
• Monitor project costs, invoicing, cash flow, profitability, and commercial performance.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide comprehensive progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of project management experience within the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with engineering teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of international engineering standards and Saudi project requirements.
