About the Opportunity

The Arab Lens is recruiting on behalf of an established engineering and industrial organization that is committed to delivering projects and services meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance. We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer for a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region.

Role Purpose

The QA/QC Engineer will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's quality function. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality systems are effectively implemented across all engineering and operational activities. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring that all products, materials, and projects comply with approved specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant industry standards, while also driving continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections throughout project and production activities.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and quality records.
• Coordinate material inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and KPI analysis.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a QA/QC engineering role, preferably within an engineering or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance and control procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough inspections, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating material testing.
• Strong understanding and experience with ISO standards and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Proven analytical skills for investigating quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions, and preparing detailed quality reports.
