About the Role

مساندة للتشغيل والصيانة is seeking a motivated QHSE Supervisor to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring operations adhere to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust QHSE policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess QHSE program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing comprehensive reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices, ensuring understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management on trends and areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate QHSE considerations into all operational aspects and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QHSE management.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to promote QHSE commitment.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within facilities and property management.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to conduct effective training sessions and workshops.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
