The Role of Administrative and Financial Manager

VINCI Energies is seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager (M/F) for its subsidiary, Omexom Saudi, based in Al Khobar, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is offered on an expatriate contract. Omexom Saudi specializes in electricity transmission networks and electrical substations, working on EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts and offering advanced inspection and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the subsidiary's Business Unit Manager, the Administrative and Financial Manager will assume financial responsibility for their scope, encompassing legal, social, and tax aspects. Primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the application of the Group's accounting, social, tax, and administrative rules.
• Guaranteeing the consistency and reliability of accounting, analytical, and financial information.
• Maintaining control and providing alerts within the framework of current management.
• Ensuring quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closings.
• Monitoring tax issues, controlling permanent establishments, and local components of ongoing projects.
• Conducting budgetary monitoring of operations and disputes.
• Monitoring foreign exchange hedging issues, fund repatriation, and local banking relationships.
• Monitoring issues related to the establishment of guarantees and the implementation of agreements or protocols.
• Ensuring a high quality of service both internally and externally (controls, auditors, Management, third parties).
• Team management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess higher education in accounting and management, such as a Business School degree, DECF, or Master 2 in accounting/management. A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in the industrial sector and an international context is required. This experience should include strong legal, tax, and social knowledge.

• Higher education in accounting and management (Business School, DECF, Master 2).
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector and an international context.
• Demonstrated legal, tax, and social knowledge.
• Fluent English and geographical mobility are essential.
• Proficiency in another language (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese) is an advantage.
• Experience with VINCI Energies is considered an advantage.
