About the Opportunity

Fahdan Business Solutions is preparing to open a new branch of a prestigious restaurant in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This restaurant specializes in global cuisine and currently operates several branches in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Al Khobar.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in the operational success of the new Al Khobar branch. This full-time position is designed for individuals with foundational experience in the restaurant industry, particularly recent graduates who are ready to contribute to a new establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervising and coordinating restaurant staff, including training and performance monitoring.
• Ensuring adherence to service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Managing inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant role.
• Preference for Saudi nationals, particularly recent graduates.
• Ability to work full-time in Al Khobar.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
