About the Role

SETRA Saudi Electronic Trading & Contracting Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its Data Center Division. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales engineering.

Role Purpose

The Sales Engineer will focus on Data Center Solutions, playing a critical role in driving sales, providing technical expertise, and supporting clients. The primary objective is to assist customers in selecting and implementing appropriate Data Center infrastructure solutions, particularly related to UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS systems across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Understand customer power requirements and recommend suitable UPS solutions.
• Conduct site visits, assess power needs, and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to customize UPS solutions based on customer needs.
• Stay informed about the latest UPS technologies and industry advancements.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and provide technical expertise in Data Center infrastructure or UPS systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical sales.
• Capability to understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within SETRA's Data Center Division. The role is based in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
