The Role: Divisional Engineering Manager (Farming)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager (Farming) to lead the engineering function within its large-scale dairy farming operations in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership position involves developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production. The role is based in a remote farming environment in Al-Kharj, approximately 100 km southeast of Riyadh, at one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects within the farming division.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all engineering assets.
• Manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering best practices.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering operations, preferably within large-scale agricultural or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration, water treatment, and agricultural machinery.

This position is located in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia, within a large-scale, integrated dairy farming operation. The work environment is characterized by a specialized agricultural and industrial setting, requiring a leader with a focus on operational excellence and asset reliability.
