Role Overview: Team Leader - CIT (Manufacturing)

The Team Leader - CIT (Manufacturing) plays a central role in managing the daily operations of the Microbiology laboratory function. This full-time position, based in Al-Kharj, is critical for ensuring the consistent and accurate execution of microbiological tests in adherence to established sampling and testing regimes. The role also involves meticulous management of laboratory documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Microbiology laboratory function.
• Ensure microbiological tests are conducted consistently and accurately according to the sampling and testing regime.
• Oversee the correct updating of controlled documents within the laboratory.
• Ensure analytical data in the laboratory is accurately maintained.
• Provide timely and accurate analytical data and updated documents to management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage daily laboratory activities and ensure adherence to testing protocols and data management standards.
