Join Al Safi Danone as a Civil Maintenance Supervisor!

Located at our farm in Al Kharj, this pivotal role is designed for a professional dedicated to excellence in civil maintenance. You will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring our facilities and infrastructure are well maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinating schedules to meet operational needs.
• Civil Maintenance Operations: Supervise maintenance related to buildings and infrastructure, ensuring work meets company standards.
• Inspection & Problem Solving: Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and swiftly address issues to minimize disruptions.
• Resource & Material Management: Monitor stock levels and evaluate new equipment and methods for maintenance.
• Monitoring & Performance Control: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support initiatives that improve safety and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years experience in civil maintenance or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and resource management.
• Proficient communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
