Role Overview

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an Oracle EBS System Administrator – Techno-Functional to join its team in Riyadh and Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves supporting the operation, administration, customization, integration, and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Oracle E-Business Suite financial and administrative systems.
• Oversee system customizations and configurations.
• Manage integrations with internal systems and configure integrations with relevant external platforms.
• Extract system statistics and information as required.
• Develop reports based on business needs.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for new services, prioritize business requirements, and coordinate stakeholder review and approval.
• Manage planning and design activities for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system user guides.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting system users and resolve incidents escalated from first-level support.
• Conduct incident analysis and identify root causes.
• Escalate incidents to vendors when necessary and monitor them through resolution.

Required Technical Experience

• Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules including FIN, HCM, and Supply Chain.
• Strong skills in SQL & PL/SQL.
• Demonstrated ability in report building.
• Experience in system analysis.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh and Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
