Regional Training Officer [Sales]

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer [Sales] to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning goals by enhancing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of employees through structured training programs. The position is based in Al-Kharj, Riyadh, and Hafar Al Batin.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and appropriate attitudes to enhance operational efficiency and performance for individuals and teams. This is achieved through both classroom-based instruction and on-the-job training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in meeting regional learning objectives.
• Conduct classroom training sessions for employees.
• Provide on-the-job training to enhance practical skills.
• Contribute to the development of employee skills, knowledge, and professional attitude.
• Work towards improving the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations extending to Al-Kharj, Riyadh, and Hafar Al Batin.
