The Technical Trainer Role

Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is central to ensuring the competency and development of engineering staff within the manufacturing and engineering divisions, aligning with operational needs and corporate learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide learning and development programs for Engineering staff.
• Conduct competency assessments for personnel involved in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance.
• Deliver training for staff working with Engineering utilities.
• Ensure all training and development activities align with Operations business needs.
• Adhere to overall Corporate learning and development objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Communications Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field with experience as a technical trainer in the Manufacturing industry.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant training experience in a large-scale environment.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
