The Role of Senior Contracts Engineer

The Senior Contracts Engineer holds a critical position, primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of engineering and construction contracts within the oil and gas industry. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, mitigating risks and facilitating smooth project execution. It demands a meticulous approach to contract oversight and effective resolution of contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all facets of engineering and construction contracts specifically tailored for oil and gas projects.
• Ensuring that all contractors strictly adhere to the signed rules, terms, and conditions outlined in their respective agreements.
• Handling claims management processes, which includes addressing and resolving disagreements that may arise concerning project costs or scope.
• Overseeing the complete administration of contracts from their inception through to final close-out.

Required Experience
