The Role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore) to join our team in Al Khafji, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is part of our PMS project, where the successful candidate will be accountable for managing the project controls team across various projects. The role involves providing project control support to the Project Management team, which acts on behalf of the client, Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), to deliver the program of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the project controls team deployed on various projects.
Provide project control support to the Project Management team.
Act on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) in project delivery.
Review early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2) produced by KJO's front-end development department.
Assess deliverables concerning cost, schedule, and risk.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and planning engineering, preferably in offshore projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing project controls teams.
Proficiency in reviewing project deliverables related to cost, schedule, and risk.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and operates within Penspen's PMS project. The position requires working closely with the Project Management team and interacting with client representatives from Khafji Joint Operations (KJO).
