About the Job
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining high-impact visual displays and in-store presentation standards that reflect the luxury brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role ensures that all visual merchandising (VM) elements support sales objectives, product visibility, and seasonal campaign execution while aligning with the brand’s global guidelines and aesthetic.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Visual Display Execution: Plan, execute, and maintain visually appealing displays in boutiques and retail spaces in line with brand guidelines. Ensure all product placements highlight key items, storytelling, and brand identity. Install window displays, in-store signage, props, and mannequins according to seasonal themes and marketing calendars.
Brand Standards & Guidelines Compliance: Create VM guidelines for the own concept. Maintain consistency in VM across all locations while adapting layouts based on boutique size and customer flow. Ensure all displays comply with global brand standards and regional VM directives. Stay up to date with seasonal updates from brand headquarters.
Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support new collection launches, promotions, and events. Prepare VM elements in advance of campaigns to ensure timely execution. Participate in pre-launch briefings and propose creative ideas to maximize impact.
Product Presentation & Rotation: Regularly update product displays to align with best-sellers, stock availability, and sales strategies. Ensure accurate pricing, clean displays, and correct product tagging. Support the remerchandising of slow-moving items to improve visibility and turnover.
Training & Collaboration: Train boutique staff on VM principles and the importance of visual presentation. Nominate Ambassadors. Work closely with boutique managers to align visual execution with commercial objectives. Provide VM guidelines and updates to store teams regularly.
Store Maintenance & Inventory Handling: Monitor the condition of VM props, mannequins, and display materials; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure display materials are properly stored and maintained. Coordinate with stock teams for accurate product availability during VM changes.
Reporting & Feedback: Conduct regular boutique visits and audits to assess compliance and effectiveness. Prepare visual merchandising reports with photographic documentation and recommendations. Provide feedback to the brand or regional VM teams on local implementation and customer response.

Join Cartier as a Visual Merchandising Executive – KSA
We are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive to support and bring to life our Visual Merchandising strategy in the KSA market. In this pivotal role, you will ensure excellence in all points of sale and collaborate closely with the VM Project Manager and various stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of Visual Merchandising initiatives across all points of sale, ensuring timely execution of visual materials, displays, and seasonal campaigns.
Conduct regular boutique visits to assess and assist with VM needs, ensuring adherence to our standards.
Support the installation and reporting of product launches and seasonal displays throughout the sales network.
Track and manage Point of Sale (POS) material across the network, ensuring logistics and distribution align with needs.
Provide assistance in event productions and special decoration setups while collaborating with external suppliers.
Compile monthly Visual Merchandising reports based on boutique visit observations and supply photographic documentation.
Deliver training programs to elevate the skills of the boutique VM community and monitor market trends.

Your Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising for a luxury brand, a strong educational background in Visual Arts, and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail environment. Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and project management skills, and fluency in both English and Arabic are essential for success in this role.

- Report any missing, damaged, or erroneous fixtures to superiors and follow up until addressed.
Shelf Layout:
- Arrange and/or re-arrange items (products) displayed on fixtures according to latest released planograms.
Display Presentation:
- Clean and ensure all items (products) are presentable and in good condition before displaying on fixtures.
- Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) need thorough cleaning.
Reports:
- Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
- Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
- Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Minimum Highschool graduate.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), and Computer Skills are a plus.
