The Role: Application Specialist

Sysmex LLC is seeking an Application Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting customers and managing product-related activities within the medical diagnostics field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret customer requirements, aligning them with Sysmex's portfolio of instruments and products.
• Provide complete workflow support, product demonstrations, application consulting, workshops, and on-site training and support.
• Assist with technical queries from customers.
• Build customer trust and relationships to drive satisfaction and enhance Sysmex's competitive advantage.
• Support the development and maintenance of reference customers.
• Support distribution partners in other SMEA countries as needed.
• Contribute to customer retention efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of Sysmex products within the business field and competitor products.
• Compare company products to competitor products to assess market competition.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer landscape, including both Sysmex and non-Sysmex customers.
• Effectively plan weekly and monthly field-based activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
• Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly acquire it.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Effective planning and organizational skills for field activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role involves field-based activities and direct interaction with customers and partners.
