About the Internship

Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern to join its University Talent Acquisition Team. This internship is a full-time, 3 to 6-month program based in Dammam, Eastern Region, designed for students with 0-1 years of experience. The role provides an opportunity to understand leadership and team development within Amazon Operations, focusing on how managers engage teams to achieve their potential and ensure performance in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Intern will apply analytical skills to improve the functionality and service level of Amazon's operational centers. Responsibilities include:

Analyzing data, mapping processes, and identifying problems within operations.
Proposing, testing, and implementing solutions to operational challenges.
Collaborating with managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates to address complex business and operational issues.

Internship Experience

Interns will be assigned a mentor and will work on an impactful project within Amazon's operations network. The program offers opportunities for personal and professional development through engagement with Amazon employees and participation in various intern activities. Interns will be provided with the necessary tools to manage their projects in a real-world setting.
