The Role: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to strengthening customer relationships and ensuring consistent commercial performance across assigned territories within the region.

Key Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned geographic region, focusing on achieving revenue targets, developing customer relationships, and supporting distributor performance. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute regional sales plans.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coach and support Sales Executives within the territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial responses.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to support customer requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record of success in competitive markets. Specific requirements include:
