The Opportunity: Assistant Regional Quality Assurance Manager

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Assistant Regional Quality Assurance Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on ensuring regional compliance with quality and food safety standards. The role is integral to maintaining Almarai's commitment to quality across its operations.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction by ensuring regional compliance with Quality & Food Safety management systems, processes, and personnel standards. The Assistant Regional Quality Assurance Manager will be instrumental in fostering a continuous improvement culture and optimizing resources to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a successful HACCP Program at a regional level, addressing all food safety risks related to storage and distribution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional audit plan, conducting audits against ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and Almarai Internal Standards.
• Implement a regional comprehensive AIBI inspection plan and conduct inspections in adherence to the AIBI standard.
• Lead and guide regional teams to provide daily support for core regional activities and associated processes, including strategy formulation, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management.
• Record, measure, monitor, and report Regional KPI performance using established methodologies and generate regular reports.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant quality assurance or food safety management role, preferably within a large-scale food and beverage manufacturing or distribution environment.
