Aljabr Finance is seeking a dedicated Auto Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will play a crucial role in managing financing applications and contracts from initiation to completion, contributing directly to our business growth in the region.

Role Overview

The Auto Finance Specialist is primarily responsible for meeting assigned financing targets and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our network of suppliers and automotive dealerships. This involves a comprehensive approach to managing all aspects of financing applications and contracts, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the process. The role requires proactive engagement and meticulous attention to detail to support both our business goals and customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned financing targets.
• Conduct regular visits to suppliers and automotive dealerships to foster strong relationships.
• Follow up on contract issuance and guide customers through the signing process.
• Review and upload financing applications, invoices, and all required supporting documents accurately.
• Proactively follow up on pending financing applications with suppliers and dealerships to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, established procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financing, sales, auto finance, or a closely related field.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular interaction with external partners and internal teams.
