F&I Specialist Equipment & Truck Financing

About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an F&I Specialist – Equipment & Truck Financing to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing and supporting the financing process for equipment and truck sales. The specialist will collaborate with the Sales Team, customers, and financial institutions to facilitate financing transactions, provide suitable financial solutions, and contribute to sales growth and profitability. The position requires 2-5 years of experience, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or equipment financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on financing options for equipment and truck purchases, assessing financial requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Explain financing terms, repayment structures, interest rates, fees, and related products clearly.
• Manage the complete financing application process, from initial application through approval and completion.
• Collect, review, and verify required customer and financial documentation.
• Liaise with banks, leasing companies, and other lending partners to secure competitive financing terms.
• Work with the Sales Team to identify financing opportunities and increase financing penetration.
• Provide guidance and training to sales teams on available financing products and F&I processes.
• Ensure all financing activities comply with company policies, laws, regulations, and financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete financing records and customer documentation.
• Provide professional support to customers throughout the financing and purchasing process, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase F&I revenue and profitability, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Monitor market trends, financing rates, and competitor offerings within the industry.
• Prepare regular reports on financing applications, approvals, conversion rates, and revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or equipment financing.
• Strong understanding of financing products and financial analysis.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with the Sales Team and external financial institutions.
