About the Role

Prime Resources is seeking a Construction Chemicals Outdoor Sales Representative for a full-time position with one of its clients in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role is suited for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in the construction chemicals industry and established experience within the Dammam market or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business development activities within the construction chemicals sector.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
• Present and promote a range of construction chemical products to potential clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience specifically within the construction chemicals industry.
• Previous experience with a leading construction chemicals manufacturer or distributor in the Saudi market.
• Strong knowledge of key construction chemical products, including:
  • Tile Adhesives (C1 & C2)
  • Grouting Solutions
  • Wall Putty
  • Waterproofing Systems
• Prior work experience in Dammam or the Eastern Province, demonstrating strong knowledge of the local market.

Essential Skills

• Proven capabilities in business development, client relationship management, and sales target achievement.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in negotiation to secure favorable terms and close sales.
• Effective presentation skills to showcase product benefits and solutions.

Work Setting and Compensation

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250, based on experience and qualifications.
