Data Analyst

About the Role

TalentHive is seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing organization in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position involves analyzing operational data to generate business insights and support continuous improvement across heavy equipment, fleet management, industrial services, and maintenance operations.

Role Context

The Data Analyst will work closely with maintenance, fleet, and operational leadership teams. The role focuses on developing performance dashboards, enhancing reporting processes, and facilitating data-driven decisions for various equipment categories and workshop operations. This position contributes directly to operational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet, equipment, and maintenance data to identify performance trends, recurring failures, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including equipment availability, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, reliability, and maintenance costs.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP, fleet, and maintenance management systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization, workshop productivity, maintenance efficiency, and operational costs.
• Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for operational management.
• Analyze maintenance expenditure, spare-parts consumption, and resource utilization to support cost optimization.
• Collaborate with maintenance managers, workshop supervisors, and operational teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through performance benchmarking, trend analysis, and operational reporting.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in a relevant data analysis role. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional capable of transforming complex operational data into actionable business insights.
