About the Role

Alsalimi Company is seeking a Director of Property and Facilities Management to oversee the performance and operations of a diverse portfolio. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Director will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This involves driving key performance indicators across various functions and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall property portfolio performance and operations.
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, tenant retention, and tenant mix optimization.
Lead Property Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Maintenance functions.
Oversee key tenant negotiations, renewals, and long-term relationships.
Ensure properties are well maintained, fully operational, safe, and delivering high-quality tenant services.
Develop and oversee operating and maintenance budgets, costs, and performance.
Establish KPIs, policies, procedures, and accountability across the functions.
Coordinate effectively with Finance, Development, Procurement, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
Provide performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in property and facilities management.
Demonstrated leadership in managing diversified portfolios including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and service quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal departments to achieve strategic objectives.
